Laing Homes projects

New-build housing projects for Laing Homes

Brentfield Road, Neasden
London NW10

Between 1988 and 1996, STF acted as consultant architects for Laing Homes on a £23.5M new-build scheme of 278 dwellings.
Initially a tender bid, the design evolved from the need to maximise existing site features and a water-course along the southern boundary.
Image 1 shows the site prior to development.  The original Neasden Hospital site is located off the North Circular Road, opposite the Ikea Superstore.
Image 2 shows the proposed master layout, incorporating a main feeder road through the site, and a number of secondary roads, producing 278 dwellings of mostly one- and two- bedroom flats.
