STF completed this new 5,600m² warehouse, factory and offices in 1986 for an umbrella manufacturer in the Docklands.
In this Enterprise Zone commission, STF represented the final user client in a package deal contract, tailoring the ‘package’ to the client’s requirements and ensuring, both during design and construction, that those requirements were met.
This consultancy role was one of considerable complexity, balancing the interests of the contractor and his design team with the interests of the client and his own specialist sub-contractors.
