This scheme of 6new houses, built in two terraces at right angles to each other, occupies a tight urban infill location in Hackney.  The projecting roofs of the front terrace house the house entrance and toilets.
An area of redundant land has been utilised to create houses for large family homes to Life Time Homes standards.
One of the houses has also been adapted for people with learning difficulties.
STF acted as the Employer’s Agent in a Design and Build Contract.  Construction costs were £700K and the building was completed in 2000.
